Wow… crypto accounts getting suspended left and right...
Yesterday it was Pumpfun and Alon.
Before that, over 10 others.
This isn’t just about ToS or APIs. It’s a deeper issue.
→ CT powers the crypto narrative. It’s where alpha drops, memes go viral, and communities rally
→ But it all sits on centralized rails. One platform call and years of momentum can vanish
→ Some bans may be linked to API violations - but there’s no clear policy, no appeals process
→ Worse, we’ve heard rumors of backdoor deals to “unlock” accounts for a fee. That’s broken
A lot of us already avoid traditional platforms because of shadowbans and random takedowns.
Crypto deserves better.
We need a decentralized version of CT.
Built onchain, owned by the people, with transparent rules and unstoppable access.
Farcaster, Lens, and others are steps in that direction... but they need to work on UX more!
If we claim to stand for decentralization, our culture stack has to follow!","images":["https://d2kdcqywr8ua22.cloudfront.net/uploadfile/article/blog/2025062025/06/17/3e8651ea814b4d19b0cc3600ed8c61e6.jpg"],"tags":[],"tradingPairs":[],"quotearticleid":0}
