{"content":"Ukraine Warns of Imminent Russian ICBM Launch in Show of Force — Reuters. Ukraine’s military intelligence agency has issued a stark warning that Russia is preparing to launch a combat training (ICBM) on the night of May 19, in what Kyiv describes as a deliberate show of force aimed at the West. According to Reuters, the missile — identified as an RS-24 Years — is expected to be launched from Russia’s Sverdlovsk region. With a range of over 10,000 kilometers, the weapon is capable of striking targets across continents, further escalating fears amid already heightened geopolitical tensions. Ukrainian officials say the launch is intended to intimidate Ukraine, the European Union, and NATO allies, following what was already the largest Russian drone assault since the war began — a 273-drone offensive that damaged infrastructure. No official comment has been made by the Russian government at this time.
